The current website is operated by L'Angelou. By placing an order or using this website you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. We are committed to providing you with excellent products and service — please contact us with any comment and we will respond promptly.
All our products may contain traces of nuts, soy, or dairy. All promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and may be used once per customer unless otherwise stated. Offers without a specified expiry are valid for up to one week. We reserve the right to alter or withdraw offers without prior notice. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change until payment has been received in full. You are not permitted to resell any of our products without our prior written consent.
Home delivery is available to UK addresses only. We deliver via Royal Mail to the address provided at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate — we are unable to verify addresses and accept no liability for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.
You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the expected delivery days to avoid delays or the parcel being returned. We accept no responsibility for damage resulting from the parcel being left unattended after a delivery attempt.
We shall have no liability for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, extreme weather, or disruption to Royal Mail services.
Please consider carefully when requesting deliveries in warm weather (over 20°C) as we cannot accept responsibility for heat damage either at the destination you request us to ship to — contact us for advice. You must ensure someone is at the address to receive the delivery to avoid delay or it being left in a warm place.
Unless other indication, items have a Best Before date of several months.
Full payment, including any delivery charge, must be received before your order is accepted. Once payment is confirmed, a legally binding contract is formed between you and us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and will notify you by email and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, food items are non-refundable once dispatched, unless they are faulty or not as described. You may cancel an order in writing at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
If the products you receive are damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, substitute, or full refund as appropriate. Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
